Improvement on previous implementations of quantum circuits to generate the full spectrum of Bell Diagonal states on the IBM quantum computer (Qiskit). Previous work did not generate the full spectrum of Bell Diagonal states. Bell Diagonal states are crucial to some theoretical experiments about entanglement and locality.
